My Darling Helen, we went to see you on Saturday with Cath, knowing that you are with us always anyway! We're silly like that. And we talked about feeling the love, not the fear, going forwards in life and doing what you did: carrying on in the face of adversity, visualising our goals and outcomes and walking until we reach our destination, in faith.
