When I think about Helen, I mostly think about her energy, love and peace. I think of her vibrant energy showing through her joyful smile, her big hugs and her warmth and friendliness. Her energy showed in the way she would take on new challenges, extending herself to help and inspire other people. It showed in her organisational skills, her ability to get things done and make things happen. Then I think about the love that Helen showed for, and welcomed from, her family, her friends - old and new, and for life itself. She made the most of the moments she had with people, making the moments and the people feel special. Finally, when I think about Helen, I think about peace, about Helen finding her own peace and sharing this peacefulness with those around her. When I think about Helen, I not only think about her energy, love and peace, I can feel them too. This is Helen's amazing and lasting legacy. Thank you Helen, love always, your cuz Kirstin xx
